Description
The 2011 Pinot Gris has a low residual sugar and an alcohol content of 12.1%. The wine is packed with pear and herb flavours through to the long, fine, dry finish. Concentrated tastes are balanced by fine minerality with a silky texture. Whilst this wine has lost the amazing aromatic nose that it had in the first few months, it has developed into a fine dry white wine, due to its high acidity and low residual sugar content.
