Purchasing
Only persons aged 18 years or over may order and/or receive wine from this internet store. By ordering wine online, you indicate that both you and the recipient are at least 18 years of age. False declaration of age is illegal.
Because of shipping restrictions, we can only ship by the half-case (6 bottles of wine). This means that your order must a multiple of 6 bottles (e.g. 6, 12, 18, 24, etc.).
All promotions, prices and products featured on the Black Stilt website are exclusive to purchases made on the website only, unless otherwise specified.
All purchases made using credit cards are done so in the intention that the specified card will be debited by Black Stilt Wines Ltd; and is being used by the person to whom the card is issued.
Pricing
Black Stilt Wines holds the right to withdraw an offer at any time. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$) and are inclusive of a 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Orders of a case (12 bottles) or more will attract a 10% case discount. This discount will be applied at the checkout.
Mixed or special edition cases are priced at a discounted rate already and do not incur further discounts.
Freight
The wine is stored in a temperature controlled facility in Cromwell, and is shipped by PBT. Freight will be charged at $18 per case, or $9 per half-case. Black Stilt Wines reserves the right to change freight charges at any time.
Once your order is processed, we will send the details to PBT and shipping will take approximately 1 week from then. Please contact us directly if you have a strict timeline or you need the wine before a certain date.
If you wish to pickup directly from Cromwell the shipping fee can be waived, please contact us directly to arrange this.
Privacy Policy
We guarantee that we never pass on information to third parties. All purchases through Black Stilt Wines’ online store go through a secure server; the information is then encrypted and sent to us where we then process (decrypt) your details. This is the web standard for credit card processing. If you do not make an account, then your details will then be deleted.
Product Guarantee and Insurance
If in any circumstance the wine you buy does not reach you in perfect condition, Black Stilt Wines will arrange to have the product(s) replaced at our cost. This will include any damage to the bottle or label that has occurred in transit or up to the point of delivery. This condition will also apply to all wine where the integrity of the product itself is faulty. This may include corked or oxidised wine.
