Pinot Noir
The Black Stilt Pinot Noir have the distinctive Waitaki characteristics, sometimes described as leathery or forest floor, in addition to the rich plum and berry flavours. Velvety tannins, with a lingering finish on the palate.
Pinot Gris
The Black Stilt Pinot Gris are a dry wine with excellent acidity, aroma and intensity. Complex fruit flavours are reminiscent of nectarine, and pear. The aromatics are nicely balanced with a crisp acidity.
Riesling
The Black Stilt Riesling are clean, fresh, fruit-driven wines with green apple and citrus flavours and a lovely underlying minerality. Off-dry but crisp and lingering, with a well-balanced acid backbone.
